Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package
OVPD provides a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Entry-Level Salary: $65,000 beginning the day you start the academy
- Pay increase upon completion of field training post-academy
- Lateral Transfer Salary: $65,000 - $104,00*
- *Dependent upon prior experience
