- Salary:
- Non certified: $65,295.44 upon successful completion of the police academy. Salary increases to $66,601.35 as of July 2025.
- Certified: salary and signing bonus dependent on qualifications and years of service,

- Leave Benefits: Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
- Take-Home Vehicle: Officers may benefit from the take-home vehicle policy.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications for Camden Police Department Candidates
Prospective applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- Examinations: A physical fitness test and a written exam must be successfully passed.
